When consigning with us:
  • You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the item(s).

  • We reserve the right to authenticate, reject, or return any item.

  • Payouts and fees will be agreed upon and documented in a Consignment Agreement.

5. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All prices are listed in SGD. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for pricing errors or stock availability.

6. Refund and Exchange Policy

We take great pride in curating and authenticating each luxury item. Due to the nature of second-hand luxury goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. However:

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The item is proven to be counterfeit based on the assessment by a reputable authentication service agreed upon by both parties.

  • The item received is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect model or severe undisclosed damage).

Refund Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt.

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the fault lies with us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned or licensed by Acla Luxury. You may not use or reproduce it without permission.
